A Skills Passport is a verifiable credential documenting hands-on cybersecurity competencies. It includes measurable metrics like triage accuracy, mean time to detect, report quality scores, and tool proficiency. Employers can verify authenticity through our portal using your unique candidate ID.
How do employers verify candidate skills?
Employers and recruiters use our Candidate Verification Portal. Enter the candidate's ID (format: BC-YYYY-####), and you'll see their certification status, completion date, training hours, scenario performance, and tool proficiency ratings. All data is tamper-proof and verified by BlueCyber.
Do you charge placement fees?
Our fee structure depends on partnership type. Direct employers pay a one-time placement fee upon successful hire. Staffing agencies and recruiters join our partner program with negotiated terms. Contact us for detailed pricing.
